Nowhere Sauna is our handcrafted wood fired sauna, nestled amongst the trees by The Mill Pond at Comrie Croft.

Our aim is to help you disconnect from the distractions of daily life so you can reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.

I’m not staying at Comrie Croft, can I still use the sauna?

Yes! Nowhere Sauna is open and available to everyone to book.

Nowhere Sauna sits next to the Mill Pond at Comrie Croft. Please click here for directions.

Is there parking?

Bike

There are plenty of places to lock your bike near Comrie Croft reception.

Please leave your vehicle in the main Comrie Croft car park and follow the ‘Nowhere Sauna’ signs up the short walk to the Mill Pond. Accessible parking is available, please contact us for details.

What should I bring?

Please bring swimwear, x1 towel to sit on in the sauna, x1 towel to dry off afterwards and a bottle of water.

Is it safe to use the sauna?

+ Using the sauna comes with risks, so it’s important to be aware. If you have medical conditions or have any health concerns please speak to a healthcare professional before booking a session.

+ Sauna use can negatively affect sperm quality and sperm count due to the heat exposure it causes. If you are trying to conceive, it’s important to be aware of these risks, as they may temporarily affect fertility. Further reading:

Do you have a changing room?

If possible, please arrive showered and ready to sauna with your swimwear. If you need to get changed, there are toilets in the Croft reception and the toilets on the High Meadow, behind the sauna are open during the warmer months.

How many people can use the sauna at once?

Nowhere sauna can seat up to 8 people at one time. For larger groups (over 8 people) or if you wish to ‘sauna your wedding’, please get in touch.

How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your sauna session up to 48 hours in advance online.
If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your sauna session, we will do our best to accommodate your rescheduled booking, however, this will depend on whether there are slots available.

No-shows will be charged the full price.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours online before your scheduled session will be refunded minus the Stripe payment fee (1.2% +20p).

For bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before your sauna session, we cannot provide a refund.

Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their sauna session in the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.

At Nowhere Sauna, founded by Lauren and Susanna, we aim to bring the warmth and health benefits of sauna to our community. Saunas are proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, support heart and immune health, ease pain, and boost mental wellbeing.

Our sauna was hand-build over the course of a few months, a true labor of passion and craftsmanship!
